I'm new, even though I've been a member for 2 years. I am so ready to learn how to eat to be healthy, and lose weight and keep it off by eating properly and healthy. I have even started "working out" . I don't know if it qualifies, but I've been doing my workouts on the wii. I know its better than what I was doing, which was nothing. Looking for any support and tips and help anyone has to offer.
