Well this is my first week on Sparkpeople, I have thrown myself into it completley, I have purchased the Sparkpeople cookbook, best buy ever, and I have joined my local gym and attended 3 times already!!
It has taken me a little while to get my head around the web site, one day I find something then the next day I can't find it again!! I have been raving about the diet to all my friends and have just recommended it to another. Finding the UK equivalent foods has been a little tricky but I'm getting there.
Having weighed myself today,I have lost a staggering 10lbs in a week, my scales are brand new and digital so they must be right, I am chuffed to bits!
I am very excited and looking forward to the weeks ahead, experiencing new foods and trying even more recipes in my new food bible, Sparkpeople cookbook!!!!!!
