The key to long lasting weight loss and maintenance is good old fashioned exercise and a healthy diet. SparkPeople is great because it's free and if you use the tools on here you will lose weight. By eating within the calorie range that SparkPeople has given you and exercising as much as you've told SparkPeople you are willing to exercise you will lose weight. I would avoid products such as the one you are talking about. You don't need weight loss supplements and meal replacements in order to lose weight. Save your money!
