Planning to do my cardio at the gym
After 2 weeks believe increase in minutes are in order, but with my limitations - I will be needing a new plan or action - not workout. Drawing board is already loaded with activity.

Is this one of purchased DVDs? Never seen any workouts that long on the free videos on spark. Do you all think purchasing the DVDs is worth it? I haven't really done much in the way of exercise DVDs, other than the free videos on spark.

4/19/14 Butterflies for Hope 5K for Lupus 39:23.8 (I hurt my back a few days before, and though it was my first official 5K with some jogging, my back hurt, so was very slow.)
I wouldn't expect anything less from Coach Nicole! Her workouts are tough, but effective! It's good to know that you made it through!

Well done! I'm still at the point where anything past 30 minutes is tough, hoping to work up to 40 minutes by the end of this challenge!

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.
Just when I thought I had figured this dvd out,WRONG!!! It was a tuff but I did it!!!!
