Wow!! You are one busy women, 2 young children and working out twice a day, your an inspiration to us all. Having something to work towards is great, a birthday is the perfect goal, I am sure with all your motivation and spirit you will be there and looking FABULOUSSSSSSS in no time at all. Although I'm pretty new to this too my greatest tool is the sparkpeople cookbook, full of great stories and advice plus loads of yummy recipes. LOVE your username! Let that be your mantra. Working out twice a day is intense. The pounds should drop off! Remember that our bodies naturally adjust to what we do to them. If you hit a wt loss plateau, you may want to change up your exercise routine to "shock" your body into action again. SOMOTIVATED, you motivate me! Doing this with 2 little ones cannot be easy. Give yourself a big pat on the back/bear hug for this endeavor!!! You can do it!

HI sparkpeople. Im a 23 yr old single mother of two wonderful boys ages 3 and 11 months. Im very new to this, but im here for some support, while I go on this looong to lose weight, get healthy, and look great. I need some spark friends!!! Im here to motivate and support you, and I need some supporters as well! I have a birthday coming up in April and I would LOVE to lose about 30 pounds by then. I work out twice a day 5am and 5pm. I do zumba, which is a pretty intense workout but I love it! I would love some feedback, and tips from you all.
