This is inspiring. I am doing the food tracking every day and finding it helps a lot. I put stuff into my mouth without thinking about it. Hope to approach your great results when I weigh in again on Sunday. PS I'm not doing so well on the exercise, though I am OK on walking.
First week of 2012 with several goals, none more important than losing 20 pounds and quitting smoking! Here it is January 7th and I've lost 3 lbs this week, and am working on Day 4 without smoking. Thanks to a new daily routine of walking and diet monitoring my blood pressure has dropped and my resting pulse rate has dropped from 89 to 71. Simply amazing! Have not felt so positive in years!
