I need to get back on the ball also, I had lost eighty two pounds, but lacked ten pounds to my doctors goal, I keep losing those same ten pounds over and over, but never totally shed them to get off the final ten pounds. I am hoping this is the year to get back to being serious, and get off those last ten pounds and another three for a buffer, lets both do it this year.
Hey, my name is Leslie. I don't know what to say. I am about 50 lbs. overweight. I don't like how I feel or look. I have finally made it up in my mind that enough is enough, I need to do something about it, so here I am. A New Year has dawned and I am not getting any younger (43). I believe it will only get harder if I don't actively do something now. Once I set my sights on something I will achieve it but I have to make sure that I am fully committed or I can easily talk myself out of it. Not this time, I have to get healthier.
