I need to get back on the ball also, I had lost eighty two pounds, but lacked ten pounds to my doctors goal, I keep losing those same ten pounds over and over, but never totally shed them to get off the final ten pounds. I am hoping this is the year to get back to being serious, and get off those last ten pounds and another three for a buffer, lets both do it this year.

Hey, my name is Leslie. I don't know what to say. I am about 50 lbs. overweight. I don't like how I feel or look. I have finally made it up in my mind that enough is enough, I need to do something about it, so here I am. A New Year has dawned and I am not getting any younger (43). I believe it will only get harder if I don't actively do something now. Once I set my sights on something I will achieve it but I have to make sure that I am fully committed or I can easily talk myself out of it. Not this time, I have to get healthier. Thanks Sparkpeople for giving me goals to work on to help get me moving and achieving my goals. Any support or motivation will be greatly appreciated.

Slow and steady WILL win the race. Help? How do I change the kg to pounds on my ticker? It should read 192.5 lbs.
