Welcome and I know you can do this. As for the exercises do not give up. There are lots of what are called arm chair exercises that you can do that wont put stress on the knees or legs. Most exercises can be adapted for those with problems. I learned this from a class I took at the gym here. Every exercise they took us through also had a lesson on how to do the exercise sitting down. So even with limitations you can do this. Good luck and enjoy the journey to a new you!
I am 52 yrs old and got distracted from the new way of eating. Now I am getting back on track cause I have not treated the temple of God right. I have let myself become of the world with my eating, now I am going to become of heavenly eating. Exercising is hard with my knees and legs, but I am determined to succeed. God will perfect that which concerns me. My goal is to go from 209.4 to 175 pounds, I have done this before and will do it again. Thanks for all the help. 1/1/2012 209.4
