Do you need a Beck coach? I do. Could we coach each other? If you are someone who is serious about doing Beck's program perhaps we could coach each other. I have the other book, the hot pink one, and the work book. Wouldn't mind buying the new one if my new coach prefers it.

I have lost 80+ pounds and have been a normal weight for 3 years. But I'm at the top of my maintenance range. I've been gaining and don't want to gain any more. There are days when I eat like a 200+ person; and occasionally I eat like a 600 pound person. I definitely don't strengthen my resistence muscle enough. I give in too much. I use too much artificial sweetener. I stand up to eat too much. I use mental excuses. I don't plan my meals ahead of time often enough.

In other words, I've done a lot of things right, but I want to improve my eating habits once and for all and stick to them. I think Beck can help me. I need a coach. I'd like to help you, too.
