I am doing the Days of the Beck Diet solution but read the Diet for life book, too. I can use all the help I can get! lol I finished Day 16 but still haven't blogged about it. Have been VERY busy but would like to welcome you to the team and am adding you as a friend. I think Beck will be the answer for me, too. We'll see. I like it so far but am not always as successful on each phase as quickly as I'd like to be. I hope to get this down, though, and lose this weight and keep it off. Hope to see you on the team page. I'll try to stay on top of it. You can do this!

Hi, my name is Sue and I just finished reading the intro. I am reading getting started on Phase 1. I think a lot of my problems are in my head since I am the queen of sending myself bad messages and also saying things like "really, I have to write down my food for the rest of my life, no way". So I decided to get something that would help me realize that most of us have to keep a food journal. Hopefully, this will help. Please let me know if you are still working it.
