I am new to this forum but I would like to say that my healthy breakfast is spinich eggs with onions cooked in a dab of extra virgin olive oil. And if i am not having that I like to have 1 poached egg with 1 pc of 100% whole grain toast with sugar free jelly spread with a small portion of fruit. I dont do juice much but if I do it is the light and healthy bran. Thats basically how I sometimes start my day but dont let me leave out the delisious bowl of oatmeal.
