I don't have just one breakfast I have as a favorite, since I am a tad bit an eat "by my mood" type of person. But, I remember the best breakfasts are when I take time and make Salmon or Tilapia and have a warm fish breakfast over lettuce with either cottage cheese or salsa. Some mornings, the thought of it turns my stomach, but when it hits the spot it's like nothing else!
Mornings are so important to me and, like most, "set" the day. A glass of water, a good breakfast, and some dancing around to loud music are great for some days, where a light meal, tea, and quiet are perfect for others. The important recipe is that I wake up and intentionally greet my day. I love the idea of this group for that reason!
