Hi, I changed my menu plan to help me loose weight and working out.
I have a protein shake with a banana in the morning, then I work out at curves.
At first I felt bloated when I drank it, but now my body is getting used to this breakfast.
It keeps me full until snack time. I have more energy and feel great in the morning.
I used to eat no fat cottage cheese with pineapple, but I need more potassium in my
diet so the protein shakes are helping.
