Hi. I just joined SparkPeople on Tuesday and I'm glad to be here.
I wasn't sure if there was a team out there that focused on breakfast, but I put it in my search and lo and behold! Here I am!
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I could eat breakfast food for lunch and dinner and as a snack. I am one of those people who wouldn't think of skipping this meal.
Although I occassionally like my down home breakfast, featuring pancakes or waffles with butter and syrup, home fries, grits and sausage or bacon, I know I can't eat this everyday. I don't do that now.
I LOVE cereal though and would like suggestions from others on which are the tastiest, healthiest choices available.
Also would love to get ideas on quick, good breakfasts, since I eat breakfast at my desk Mon-Fri.
