I don't eat cereal in the morning, but I eat 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 of pineapple everyday. It's like eating dessert. And its filling. I'm not hungry until 11 am when its snack time then I have 12 almonds. It took a long time to figure out what to eat and when. But I'm not track now. My husband eat oatmeal with brown sugar. It I eat oatmeal I eat it with cinnamon. It's great. I used to skip breakfast, but not any more.

Hi. I just joined SparkPeople on Tuesday and I'm glad to be here.
I wasn't sure if there was a team out there that focused on breakfast, but I put it in my search and lo and behold! Here I am!
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I could eat breakfast food for lunch and dinner and as a snack. I am one of those people who wouldn't think of skipping this meal.
Although I occassionally like my down home breakfast, featuring pancakes or waffles with butter and syrup, home fries, grits and sausage or bacon, I know I can't eat this everyday. I don't do that now.
I LOVE cereal though and would like suggestions from others on which are the tastiest, healthiest choices available.
Also would love to get ideas on quick, good breakfasts, since I eat breakfast at my desk Mon-Fri.
