Golean I'm not really a morning eater as well, but I usually get up at 4 am and by the time I get to work I'm ready for my breakfast. Usually eat oatmeal, fruit and boil egg, the weekends are the hardest to keep on my morning schedule. Good luck on your journey

The hardest thing for me is to eat during the week in the AM. I'm just not hungry. My goal is to eat a food bar or piece of fruit on the way to work. I have no problem on the weekends.
