I'm not new to Spark People but have recently renewed my commitment to a healthier life. I was drawn to the Healthy Breakfast Club Team because I find that when I eat a healthy breakfast I tend to do better in all areas of my life--I eat healthier for the rest of the day, I'm more productive, I'm more likely to get in my exercise, I sleep better. So here I am with a goal of checking in daily (at least weekdays--I don't always have internet access on the weekends) to record a healthy breakfast. I'm also hoping that I will have consumed that healthy breakfast BEFORE I get to work.
So here we go--happy breakfast all!
