Hi! My name is Ellen and I live in the South of UK in a village which is growing fast! We are surrounded by fields at the moment, but lots of new development coming starting next year. Lots of footpaths to walk though and I do strength training, so I need a good breakfast. I am on the Winter 5% challenge at the moment. Also been doing the face exercise team challenge when I have time to fit it in and the Dandylions 100 day challenge.
