I've been more active on spark again after regaining all my weight once I reached my goal weight. I'm down 7lbs so far by eating vegan and starting to walk for exercise. I started juicing today, but I'm doing a modified version of juice for breakfast and lunch, and a salad or steamed veggies for dinner and maybe another juice before bed. I was going to do full on juice but I'm worried I'll break down and eat pizza or something else terrible. So, for at least the first week I'm going to have one meal and if I feel I'm able I'll switch to all juice next week. It hasn't been too bad so far. I'm hungry all day, but not unbearably so. Day 1 down!
