Hi everyone, As of Monday, July 1st I'm starting a ten day juice fast. This is the second time im going to be a 10 day one. I did one from May 6 till the 15th, and then i had a 3 day light eating. I lost 11.5 pounds through those ten days, and was more then happy with the results but then i gained some of it back. Now I am in the mood to do this again. I will also be going to jog in the morning when i can and workout before bed, to help me lose weight faster. So i would love it if you can give me the most motivation and support i can get. My goal is originally to become 120-125 pounds.Thanks :)
