Welcome back. I did the same thing for a bit. I was chatting but not being "good" and I went up about 17 pounds I am down about 7 of them I still have some to go and want to go 7 pounds below what I was at LOL.
I am trying and that is what we all do.

I love sunflowers too. I started some in the house to transfer out to my flower garden once I have it ready.

Hi! I am back after a 1 year hiatus. I was hopeful that I could continue the good things I learned on SP but I now know that I need to have some accountability to myself in cold, hard facts. Yes, I need to log! So, I'm back & I'm ready to start losing again.
