You are in the right place, and not having a time limit is good. I would suggest "small goals" like 5% of your weight or maybe 5 or 10 pounds. That makes it look do able and when you achieve it, make another goal.......
Use the tools, the nutrition tracker, fitness tracker...... they are wonderful. You will find a lot of encouragement and find a Team that you fit into...........
