emoticon To the team, you are in the right place. Lot of support and tools, Join a team that you can meet people of like minds with you. Use the tools to track your nutrition and EVERY bite you eat..... and find a fitness routine that you would like...... interact with people......... it is do-able, you can do it!! emoticon

Hello all my name is Kris and I just joined the team. I need to loose about 70 lbs for health issues and I guess just because I want to as much as I need to . lol I have no idea really where to start but hopefully as I stumble along I will figure it out. emoticon You are in the right place, and not having a time limit is good. I would suggest "small goals" like 5% of your weight or maybe 5 or 10 pounds. That makes it look do able and when you achieve it, make another goal.......

Use the tools, the nutrition tracker, fitness tracker...... they are wonderful. You will find a lot of encouragement and find a Team that you fit into...........

hi everybody just starting out want to lose 60lbs-no time limit need to lose for health reasons.I have 4 children,10 grandchildren and 2 and 3/4 great grand children and want to be part of their lives for a while. need encouragement and commitment

Hi team members
My name is Anja and today is the day.
I want to go back to my goal weight of 65 kg.
I lost 20 kg 8 years ago but I gained 6 kg when the memo pause hit me.
I now have trouble to lose the xtea kgs, but I'm determined.
I go to Curves 4 times a week and follow a low carbohydrate diet.
As from today I'm going back to a strick diet.
