Hi my name is Debbie. Been here before several years ago and lost touch. During that time I have put on approx. 40lbs on top of what I had to lose. I need to lose at least 100lbs to be where I want to be and be comfortable with myself. I have lost 17lbs since the first of Jan. it started out was a challenge with my husband he would stop smoking and I would lose weight. Time for us to be healthy and awesome. He is using ecigs and I joined Curves for the 4th time. He is eating what I eat for dinner using the Curves recipes. I work out 4 times a week and have worked my way up to an average of 8k steps a day.
My goal is 50lbs by June my 55 birthday and by losing 2lbs a week its possible. I am here this time with the right attitude and support this time.
