I totally agree. One has to have their head on straight about the weight loss. I myself finally got to that point in Sept 2012. Sense then I have lost a total of 76 pounds, just because I had reached that point. Good luck and you can do this

Hi my name is Debbie. Been here before several years ago and lost touch. During that time I have put on approx. 40lbs on top of what I had to lose. I need to lose at least 100lbs to be where I want to be and be comfortable with myself. I have lost 17lbs since the first of Jan. it started out was a challenge with my husband he would stop smoking and I would lose weight. Time for us to be healthy and awesome. He is using ecigs and I joined Curves for the 4th time. He is eating what I eat for dinner using the Curves recipes. I work out 4 times a week and have worked my way up to an average of 8k steps a day. My goal is 50lbs by June my 55 birthday and by losing 2lbs a week its possible. I am here this time with the right attitude and support this time.

"It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication, It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goals, it's worth it." Rose City Rollers
