I weighed in 3 1/2 lbs. lighter this morning and feeling great about it. Stayed on track all week and haven't really been hungry. Making sure I get my all my water helps feel full. 1 1/2 more lbs. to my first goal of 5 lbs. lost. Taking this in increments of 5 until I reach a total of 20 lost.
