Marge I also have my Ipod in my ears or my I tunes on and every one of my songs is filled with gods word, and it is relaxing to have, my stress level is high daily but god would not give me nothing I could not handle and I challenge it daily and god gives me what I need and thankyou for your word. My computer is set up like that it call out all the time OUR God is a Awesome god when I need to too a new task for that hour. Or a new challenge.

It is a long journey I am doing better each and every day now I get up get my water, coffee and my stationary bike and get my mat to start my day I also go to walmart and walk two or three times a week but having someone to be accountable makes the journey easy, there are times I am ready to throw these hands up and say forget it become a heavy person, ruin my new knee and get the diabetes out of control but I don't, I would lose six pounds and gain it back but if I can keep it steady and going and keep up the work and tweet everything through the day I will make it. I stand on a verse in the bible and that is Luke 18:17 All things are possible through Jesus Christ. He is the one I look up to for advice and help.

Welcome, I have lost 30pounds and have 60 more to lose. It has been a journey since May of 2012, but one that I would never have traveled if not for Sparks! they have been with me daily, every step of the way. Keeping me on track and or back on track, because life happens and we get side tracked along the way.. You will lose the weight!

Welcome to Spark People. This is a great site filled with so much info. I also do best losing weight by tracking my foods and having to be accountable to myself and others. I have 40-50 lbs. to lose. I lost 13 lbs last year and gained 2 lbs back over the holidays, but am back on track and already lost that holiday weight. You can do it and we are here for you. The support here is wonderful.

I am new to SparkPeople and the team. My name is Rosemarie and have 92 pounds to lose. A great friend introduced me to SparkPeople two weeks ago and I am so thankful. It has been slow going but have lost two pounds. I thank this program for helping me in that loss. Before starting I just couldn't get myself motivated. I'm the type of person who needs accountability, in a big way!!
