I am learning a lot about the calories burning and taking in, I have a bad habit of fitness of more calories that I burn and what I take in. Getting there slowly but I will make it.

Take it one step at the time but be consistent with it. There is a lot of info and teams on here but stick with it and you will gain a lot from it. Sometimes I think I spent too much time on here but then I think my health is worth it!

Thanks for the encouragement. Sparkpeople is a new concept for me but I am willing to put in the work. I'm hopeful and committed to getting the weight off and keeping it off this time.

All I can say is the more you log in the easier it gets. It's a high level of accountability, that's for sure. Stay honest no matter how much it hurts to look at those numbers if you over eat one day...lol. I promise its worth it. Remember there is always a new day.

Hard for me to find time to log in daily, but when I do I feel good about it. The website is a little hard to maneuver. Need to get accustomed to it. There's quite a bit of good info here though... definitely a good thing. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated! emoticon
