I have some long leg under pants. They are sold for both men and women, i think that I got them from one of those catologs that come to the house. emoticon I powder with baby powder and put on the long leg cotton underpants. They absorb the xtra mostiure and prevent the chaffing.

Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my 2014 weight goals of 60 pounds.

I do plan a major change, almost like starting over again, but the outside walking has hit a little snag, chafffing, I need to overcome this and will, just not sure yet how... BUT I WILL

Sometimes the old scale keeps getting stuck in one place. I take out the tape measure and guess what, I must be gaining muscle (it's heaver than fat) the hips are smaller, I can fit into clothes easier. I have to keep at it! and count my blessings one by one pound or inch at a time. emoticon

Hi Patrick, You may need to lower your calorie intake or up your exercise. If you are staying steady on your weight you may be doing just enough to maintain your weight.

If you can go see a dietician for how much you shod eat Change your exercise walk out side

I am Patrick of Edgewater, Florida. Was 500+ lbs or so, down to 425 or so, but not yet under 400 and it is getting to me very very much, maybe too much...

I already go to the Edgewater Fitness center 1-2 hrs a day , 6 days a week, doing the bike , most ever at once was 4 miles, walked treadmill for 43 minutes, the longest, and do the weight machines for about 45 minutes or so. Not too much or that great, but my weight has been steady now for way too long and not dropping, frustration is about to blow
