Hi everyone!! I have been a member of Sparkpeople for a number of years but unfortunately its been an on again off again affair with more offs than ons. Well no more!! I joined Weight Watchers this past January and in 8 months have lost almost 60 pounds! I have never previously lost this much in my attempts and I am still going strong.
I have come back to Sparkpeople because things are slowing down and its time to shake it up. I plan on letting my WW membership expire (which will be Oct 8) and am going to go back to counting calories instead of points. And with that extra money I am hiring a personal trainer (who I will be meeting up with this Friday, yikes!) Up till now I have managed to somehow accomplish this much without exercise but I know that it is important and will help rev things up again for those last 33 pounds that need to go!
I plan on weighing in each Monday which is the same as my WW weigh ins have been. So this is the perfect place to check in and keep up that accountability that I have gotten used to. Can't wait to share in everybody's achievements, so Good luck everyone and Happy Losing!!
