Hi V--Well it sounds like you're already got the hang of these! My best advice on the eating is to use your trackers. They are quite helpful tracking just how u nourish your body. Track your fitness too. It helps cuz u don't wanna over do it. You'll do this!
You should also set up a spark page now that you;ve started so we can learn more about u and u about us. We can leave comments and "goodies" and read blogs. They're quick and easy to set up. TRy to take in all that SP has to offer which is tons of stuff but Best of of luck to you on your journey!
