Although I am not good at keeping up with challenges, this is one I would like to give a try. Most of my activity is while I am at work, but I have been making some activity changes and eating changes. I use to be very active and now, working twelve hour shifts again, my body is readjusting. Twelve hours may not seem like much, but consider getting ready for work and commuting. Weighing will help keep me aware of where I am somewhat.
