Hi:

I know exactly how you feel. I am in about the same situation.

I am 52 and always had a weight problem. I finally got down to 125 pounds about 10 years ago and haven't had any difficulty until about 2 years ago. Now I am having trouble keeping my weight down.

I am up to 132 pounds and am having difficulty getting it off. I am so afraid of gaining a lot of weight back. I want to start exercising again, but am running out of time during the day.

I could use someone to communicate with about the up's and down's.

hi, i am 49 years old,i gain 10 pounds during menopause, it seems hard to loose these 10 pounds but i am trying, right now i weigh 136 lbs.i want to be 125 again, let see if i can loose one pound by next week.
