Im drinking water as I write this. I hate water but Im so sick of coffee. Since I was 12 years old I was using sweetner for coffee and cerals but I recently have got off it. I've gained 10 pounds in 2 months using real sugar grrr!. what should I do now for sugar?
Hi. Welcome to the team. The food tracker is great. Also start drinking the water. The goal is 8 8oz glasses a day. When you are ready commit to 10 minutes of exercise a day at least 5 days a week. Track the exercise on the fitness tracker.

My advice is to start small. Start tracking your food to see how you're doing relative to your recommended ranges and then you'll be able to make small adjustments from there. You can also follow the meal plans on our site if you're looking for food ideas. If you get a handle on the food first, then you can add in exercise when you're ready.

Read, Read, Read as much as you can on here to learn what to do. Post on the boards to get help from others. Join the Live meetings for support, they are very good at motivating and helping with your problems. Think short term at the beginning. Change one thing at a time and before you know it you will have changed a lot. Good luck.
Hi people, I am new at sparks. I need to lose 100 lbs. My Doctor is very concerned for me. I dream every day to lose the weight but when theres food in front of me I just need to eat it even if Im not even hungry. Im 42 years old woman and I need some ideas on how to eat healthy or food plans. Im clueless on how to eat healthy. I also need motivation too. Im so depressed. I have artheritis in my spine which is extremely hard for me to walk long distances. I work as a cook of all things. But my days of cooking is coming to an end pretty quick because of my back problems. Can anybody give me some freindly advice?
