If it isn't a lifestyle change, it will come back (I'm living proof). We are human and we make mistakes and life happens. There are LOTS of people on here who have successfully lost the weight and kept it off. I think as long as you keep trying you are succeeding. I also think people start off changing too many things at once, get frustrated and quit. Or, they deem foods "bad" and get frustrated and give up.
Only you can determine whether the weight comes back or not, it is your choice!
Welcome back! You CAN do it!

Welcome back. Now I am getting worried. So many people are returning. Does the weight come back, is it that hard to maintain? I am wondering if all this work is for nothing because the weight comes back in a couple years.

I'm a return Sparkperson............you see, I've lost 14 lb. two yr. ago in preparation for my daughter's wedding. I was well on the road to the 22 lb. total loss I was hoping for. As others, I don't know what happened, but the 14 lb. returned and here I am again. Hopefully, this time around will be a success, as I am doing this for myself, not an occasion. I want to be "sparkle"-ing with better health from better food choices!
