If it isn't a lifestyle change, it will come back (I'm living proof). We are human and we make mistakes and life happens. There are LOTS of people on here who have successfully lost the weight and kept it off. I think as long as you keep trying you are succeeding. I also think people start off changing too many things at once, get frustrated and quit. Or, they deem foods "bad" and get frustrated and give up.
Only you can determine whether the weight comes back or not, it is your choice!
