I absolutely agree this site works! The past two days, I worked out, however, I did NOT track my food. Guess what?? I ate a lot more than I would have if I would have tracked my food and saw the calories adding up. Lesson: follow the rules. My program states I need to track my food and track my work outs. Being accountable to myself is NOT effective. I will lie to myself every time. So, I'm on here and I'm on here to change my life. Not just lose weight, but to develop will power, perseverance, dedication, and healthy lifestyles.
The site is great and absolutely works as long as you are committed to making it work. It is a support but the key is you.The nutrition tracker and the fitness trackers are great. You can use their recipes and meal plans or you can develop your own depending on your likes and your recipes. The latter is my choice but my greatest issue was portion size, over the years I had already made many sensible changes in what I fixed and fruits and veggies have always been a major part of my diet. The fast break is a teaching step and really important in getting started. The friends you make will be instrumental in keeping your determination to succeed. Start interacting on the site and learning about this new way of living. Do not think diet think lifestyle change. You want to start eating in a sustainable way that you can keep for the rest of your life. Good Luck
