What I love about Beth's situation is that she has a very supportive family that supports her in her health and fitness journey. Not everyone can say that. So far, Beth has lost 18 pounds and she's almost at her weight loss goal that she has listed on her ticker.

My Goals: I wish to lose 60 total pounds by April 24, 2013.
My Program: To eat healthy, lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Track my food daily. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. To bike and/or walk for 30 minutes daily. To do strength training at least 3 times weekly.
Personal Information: I am Beth. I am from the Birmingham, Alabama area. I am 40+ and a diabetic with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am married for the second and last time*LOL* to the man that I believe to be my soul mate although he is 8 years younger than I. I (we) have my 2 sons (from my previous marriage) that are my heart and soul. I am blessed that all my guys are very supportive of me and my weight loss/get healthy program.
