My Goals: Drop 24 pounds and become more active. Fit into my favorite clothes again. Be proud of my body.
My Program: Reorganized my refrigerator to include mainly fresh fruits, vegetables, heallty grains and greek yogurts. Kicked up the length of my daily work outs. Change my walks into runs to "shock" my body into weight loss. And daily postings and tracking on Sparks
