This team member is very active on the team and is there for her team mates. She too stepped up to the plate and posted to the team while I was away. Thank you. So far, she has lost a whopping 28 pounds since joining Spark and is almost at her goal weight.

45 and not feeling healthy.
My goals is to loose 35 lbs. If I don't get there it is fine as long as I can feel healthier. I have never weighed over 140lbs except when I was pregnant I got up to 157. I stepped on a scale and it read 173lbs. EEEKK! I knew my clothes were tight and I refuse to buy new ones. I gained my weight after a hystorectomy and a career change that put me at a desk all day. I was feeling tired all the time and struggling to stay awake through the day. I knew 8 diet cokes a day was not a good thing. Found SP and so far it is working for me.

Personal Information: I have been trying to eat all fresh fruits and veggies as well as limiting my diet coke intake. I have been drinking atleast 64 oz of water a day. My exercise is running, elliptical trainer, kettlebells and yoga.
