Thank you, Kelly. I so love this site. Who would have thought about six months ago that a website could help me to get out of my hiding, out of my comfort zone. I still feel insecure at times, but I am learning so much about myself on this wonderful site and from all the positive people that everything seems easier than it would be if I was on this journey alone.

There Is No Way Back
I signed up after reading an article about this wonderful site. I have been trying to live a healthier life for a while now, but since being on Sparkpeople I actually believe that I can achieve those goals even though it will not always be an easy journey. I found the song 'Survival' by Muse to be very inspiring and decided that it will be my motto because in the end I AM GONNA WIN :-)
