Hello Everyone! I am Mary (56Club). Although I joined Spark People in April, I am just now beginning to participate. Five weeks ago, yesterday, my husband and I began the South Beach Diet. I also began attending an Aquatics class three mornings a week. So far I have lost 14 pounds ( I hope to lose a total of 120 lbs) and feel good! Yesterday, I added the Aqua Pilates class to strengthen my core muscles and increase my metabolism. I would be interested in corresponding with others wanting to lose 100+ pounds.
