Welcome!! I too, as Lizzy said did something alike, I even had another account which I forgot and then came back with this account and even then it took me over a month to start exercising regularly and getting more involved with the community, I still have a long way to go but it feels so great to chat and have the support and tools that SP can provide.. hope you find your way around it and if not there are lots of us more than happy to help!!

Congrats on your weighloss so far! check out our team threads on any questions you may have about the sight. A lot of have been answered. If you don't find it, go to the Forum that is about having problems (towards the bottom of the page) post your question and we will do our best to point you in the right direction!

Hello. I joined Sparkpeople in April but procrastinated actively working toward my goals until two weeks ago. My highest weight and the slap in the face I needed was 250. I began making small changes for a week then have actively been following my spark plan for a week. It has paid off and I am down about 8-10 lbs. I'd like to be involved so I stay on track but I am still figuring out how to work the website. emoticon Nice to meet everyone!
