A friendly tip to help keep track of your food intake and/or fitness minutes is to either text message yourself with the information and you can log it all into the computer later. If you don't have messaging on your plan, enter it on your calendar or simply keep a pocket size memo book in your pocket to write it down. The cool thing about tracking is that you don't have to enter it into your tracker on the same day. You can change days and enter your information when you can.

Thank you so much. And yes, I definitely am. It's kind of difficult of keeping track of my food on here since I don't have easy access. I don't have internet on my phone because i have a really basic basic plan. lol. I figured it would make tracking my food a lot easier than writing it down. Also, I just wish I has access this website whenever I wanted to because it does give me the motivation I need to continue with losing weight.

Hello, My name is Amber. I signed up with SparkPeople about a couple of months back. I never really used it though. I've started using it now for about a couple of days. It's great and I'm really glad I came across it. I hope it helps me reach my goal in losing weight and changing my lifestyle. Also, I hope to get to meet new people along the way. :)
