I found this wonderful web site in April. It is very helpful. I had a good start but now have a part time job that has taken time and focus away from my weight losing goal. I have to readjust to how I handle my routine and my food. What I really like about the site is getting information on protein, potassium, etc. I am trying to list foods with the nutrients and make make new menus, locate new recipes. It is going to take work and lots of time to lose the weight but I have to do it.
