Awe yes, babies and age do that to us all....except that it doesn't HAVE to be that way!
You can get back that 6 pack. I know you know that it is 80% diet 20% exercise. Congrats on the weight you have lost! We will do our best to make sure you make it the rest of the way!

Before I found out I was pregnant with my son, I thought I was fat, so I went on this crazy method of fitness where I worked out no less than an hour a day, maintain an acre of lawn and kept busy as a waitress while only eating 3 healthy snacks and one meal a day. I don't know how I got that awesome six pack I used to have, but I haven't seen it in nearly a decade! My son is 9, my new husband is amazing and I'm flabby. I quit smoking several years ago and gained a lot of weight. I lost some between January of last year into February of this year, but gained some back during March. I really want to have that six pack again and get rid of this pouch thing from being pregnant with my son, but most of all I want to have a fit body to overcome my car accident injuries enough so my husband and I can possibly have another child in the future.
