I think this a very good goal but don't get discrouaged if you don't hit it! The important thing is that you are on the right track!

I have shared my story with a few others. it took me a full 6 weeks to drop ONE pound but then I average 1 a week after that. The important thing is NOT to quit! You are worth the effort!

My goal is to lose at least 1lb this week. Tracking helps me with seeing the breakdown of the food I eat. Really working to stay on program for the first 21 days.
