Coffee??? You gave up coffee!! WOW!!! If you can do that, you can do this! No problem!

If there are any specific things I can help with please let me know! In general I would advise that you join some teams, make some friends and start SMALL. Make small easy goals for yourself add to them as you feel comfortable with the changes. You will get there! emoticon

I am 42 and I am ready to take control of my weight, life and well being. I woke up and looked in the morror and really didn't like what I saw. I gained weight from medication and have it has really been hard to get it off. I had a million excuses. But now It feels strange but good to be able to get back to my daily spead walks without dizzyness. And I have started eating better and it feels better when I move around. I am not so sluggish and drained. No pop, coffee no for two weeks and I can't beleive the difference. I am confident that I will do it and stay on track!
