If there are any specific things I can help with please let me know! In general I would advise that you join some teams, make some friends and start SMALL. Make small easy goals for yourself add to them as you feel comfortable with the changes. You will get there!
Hello, I am a 45 yr old mother of a 3 yr old. I work full time and have my hands full with him when I get home. Taken care of me took a back seat till I finally noticed how bad I was feeling about myself. I was bigger than I ever had been. I don't want to be that kind of mom. So I am finally trying to take charge. I gave up beloved Diet Mt Dew for lent and haven't looked back. I have started watching my portions and walking on my treadmill to start with.
