recording what you eat is a great first step. It can make you aware of what you are eating & the calorie cost . Sometimes it takes a while to realize that calories in are greater than you thought. A one day at a time approach with focus on that one day is the way to go.
We all trip up, we all stumble, but we all have to get up & continue on. Remember it is the goal that you are trying to reach gradually & healthfully.
I had a friend say..you did not gain it all in one week..why would you think you could loose it all in one week! One day at a time!!
