Hi! I'm Carol. I've been up and down with my weight my entire life. Only now is it really sinking in how much damage I've done to myself with all the junk I've put in my body for the past 50+ years. I have alot of the necessary knowledge to lose weight and be healthy, I just can't seem to keep going. I start, lose 3-4 pounds, then lose interest. I've been 40# lighter than this once in my recent life, so I know how good I felt and how good I looked (at least I thought so!). I have to keep a low key attitude to keep my sanity at my job, and sometimes I think that's part of the problem. My enthusiasm is gone. Any help out there?
