Hoping so much for support and encouragement from my SparkPeople participants. Just starting my journey today to lose about 50+ pounds. I have severe OA in my knees (looking at knee replracement in my future) but for health reasons I am hoping for exercise ideas from some of my fellow SP participants in order to start my fitness plan. I will mostly have to do cardio from a chair as it is difficult for me to walk or stand for long periods of time so any recommendations would be very greatly appreciated.
