Hello. I just joined Spark People yesterday with a goal of losing 54 pounds this year. I am a 40 year old wife and mother. I want to become a healthier me for many reasons. I have been tracking everything through My Fitness Pal since March 2011 and have lost over 20 pounds; however, have been at a major standstill for months. I have tried really hard but can't seem to get the scale moving in the right direction. I have heard great things about Spark People and decided to give it a try. I will continue My Fitness Pal as well. I know I can do this even though I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager and I will not give up!
