Hi Daisy,

Keltic-Cara is so right. We are all here for a reason, and to help each other get through the pitfalls, of which there are many. There isn't much in life that is easy, but here at SP we are all in this together, to lend a hand, to help & support.

Don't get down on yourself. Tell yourself emoticon , put one foot in front of the other, and keep on moving forward. Eating right, and getting active can also help with your anxiety.

Chin up, eyes forward, an no looking back. emoticon emoticon

If you haven't failed, you haven't lived !

Hi Daisy,

Glad to see that you are posting. I have looked at your sparkpage and noticed that although you have been with sparkpeople for over a year there has not be much in the way of activity.

Sparkpeople offers so much; tracking both with nutrition and fitness; information on a wide variety of topics - health issues, motivation, nutrition etc; friends; giving and receiving goodies; interaction. They all add up to support and that is what we are here for. SUPPORT.

Here at SP Class of January 1-7, 2012; we all joined at the same time expecting miracles; help because we had trouble doing it on our own; looking for support and that is what we are here for.

In a year and a half some have left for good, they considered it too hard; some have come back because they realised that they can get support here; some are still in limbo; some are making great progress and some have succeeded.

We are all different; we all require different needs; some will succeed one way some another. Let us know where you need the support so that we all can help you achieve your goals.

My weight has been + or - 10lbs for the last 20 years. I've used exercise to control my weight but started school last fall, and am using that as an excuse to NOT work out regularily, and have gained 15 pounds in the last 9 months. Also, I started anti-anxiety meds, and no longer worry about my weight, and dont feel motivated to do anything about it. I just feel nothing, while my weight continues to go up.
I don't have anxiety anymore, but I can't seem to feel inspired to lose weight. Yikes!
